How it works

The TALO Performance Training and Physical Therapy programs are reliable, consistent, and powerful.

Step 1: Introduction Call (Free)

First, let us tell you more details about our programs and learn more about your goals and expectations. Together, we will figure out if TALO it is the right fit for you.

Step 2: Performance Assessment or Injury Evaluation ($125)

Then, let’s dive in! We’ll perform a thorough joint-by-joint functional range assessment, a series of jumps to create a power profile, and a series of sprints to create a speed profile. For injured athletes, our PT will perform an Injury Evaluation. This will provide us with valuable information on how to best support your development or rehab processes.

Step 3: Get Feedback and Pick Your Plan

The last step to join our team, but just the start of your journey. The memberships include unlimited Performance Training or Physical Therapy sessions, access to our programming app and all your training data, and on-going access to our coaching staff for high performance and rehab education.

Performance Training - $280/month

Physical Therapy - $125/week

Standard Training Hours:

Monday - Friday, 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm.

Common Session Structure & Duration

[ Joint Prep ] [ Session Prep ] [ Power ] [ Speed/Agility ] [ Strength ] [ Energy Systems] 50-70 min.
