Being in college sports, or trying to prepare for it, can be overwhelming. Fitness tests, battling for playing time, all on top of school work is a tough job.

What separates successful collegiate athletes from the ones who fizzle out is the level of preparation they do in the off-season.

Train at TALO

The program holds 5 sessions each week: Monday - Friday, 10:00 am, at TALO West (Tigard, OR).

Starting on Dec 11th through January 12th. Athletes may join for the whole 4-week program or each individual week, based on their needs and availability.

Garga Caserta

Garga is a Sports Performance Specialist with over 15 years of performance development experience. He has helped Olympians and Professional Soccer players develop their mobility, strength, speed and agility, and endurance to perform at the highest levels. Between 2014-2019, he was the Performance Manager for the Portland Thorns FC before starting TALO, and is currently supporting the US Women’s National Soccer team as they pursue another Olympic medal in Paris next Summer.

Garga has built a team of Performance Coaches and Physical Therapists in Portland, OR to share his expertise with you.
