More about your coach

Garga Caserta

is a Sports Performance Specialist with over 15 years of performance development experience. He has helped Olympians and Professional Soccer players develop their mobility, strength, speed and agility, and endurance to perform at the highest levels. Between 2014-2019, he was the Performance Manager for the Portland Thorns FC before starting TALO, and is currently supporting the US Women’s National Soccer team as they pursue another Olympic medal in Paris next Summer.

Garga has built a team of Performance Coaches and Physical Therapists in Portland, OR to share his expertise with you.
