Remote Coaching
($100/month)
Online coaching of Performance Training programs.
This can be upgraded with individual customizations with the addition of an in-person Performance Assessment for a one time charge of $125.
The assessment includes a hands-on total body joint functional range assessment, and a series of strength and power assessments on a force plate.

Team Group Training
($250/month per athlete)
Special Group Training, with set schedule and demographic requirements. (ie. U16 Women’s, Tue + Thu at 7 pm).
Specific program designed for the needs of the group.
Minimum of 4 registered athletes to start a group.

Full TALO Membership
($320/month)
Access to TALO’s flagship membership, including access to unlimited Performance Training and Physical Therapy treatments. Includes:
Individualized training programs based on objective data from Performance Assessment.
Sports Science monitoring and progress reports.
Member discount on other services (massage, recovery sessions, sports psychology, and nutrition).

Physical Therapy
At TALO, we focus on creating a well-timed return-to-play program specific to each athlete. Our Physical Therapy program works to fill the gaps where traditional PT sessions fall short.
Traditional PT sessions only focus on light exercises to get the athlete back to being pain free, then the athlete is sent back to sport without additional training for non injured sites, which are not kept strong. There is no integration of rehab and sports performance, leaving athletes unprepared to start sport training directly after healing their injury.
We want our athletes to be able to rehab an injury, while continuing to improve their strength as a whole, so when their injury heals, their whole body is prepared to train at a higher level than they did prior to the injury.
Our goal is to make you physically ready and confident in your ability to return to sport safely.
